The Appearance Packages will be available for the 350 and 500 F Sport.
A new optional Handling Package will be available for the IS 350.
The current-generation Lexus IS was introduced in 2021 and although it looks very much like the previous car, the changes are far more than skin-deep. For 2023, Lexus wants to enhance the IS with new packages for both the 350 and V8-powered 500.
The 2023 IS 350 F SPORT will be available with two new packages: the Handling Package and the Special Appearance Package.
The Handling Package includes features Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), a Torsen Limited-Slip Rear Differential on RWD models, and Drive Mode Select with Sport S/S+ and Custom Modes. The car’s looks can be enhanced by superb 19-inch Matte Black BBS forged alloy wheels.
The Special Appearance Package includes a unique exterior combination featuring Incognito paint accented by an Obsidian black hood and roof, dark finish 19-inch Enkei alloy wheels, complemented by black NuLuxe interior touches.
For the 2023 model year, the IS 500 F SPORT and IS 500 F SPORT Premium exclusively ride on 19-inch Enkei alloy wheels with a dark finish. The distinct 19-inch Matte Black BBS forged alloy wheels, introduced with the Launch Edition, will continue as an available option for both IS 500 F SPORT Performance models.
The 500’s Special Appearance Package will be offered exclusively with the IS 500 F SPORT Premium grade. It includes a Molten Pearl exterior paint with Black NuLuxe interior along with the 19-inch Matte Black BBS forged alloy wheels.
Both Special Appearance Package cars will be offered in limited quantities – 150 for the 500 and 480 for the 350 in the US. Canadian availability has not yet been confirmed.
