This model will be available with one powertrain and three trim levels.
The GLC is redesigned inside and out for 2023.
The first deliveries in the U.S. will take place this spring.
The Redesigned 2023 Mercedes GLC will be priced from $47,100 when deliveries begin later this spring in the United States.
The SUV will be offered in only one version called GLC 300 and three trim levels, with the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system being a $2,000 option on every model.
Details for the Canadian version haven’t been announced yet, but it is likely that all-wheel drive will be standard since that is how it is on all of the brand’s SUVs in Canada.
The only powertrain available in the 2023 GLC is a new mild-hybrid setup that delivers 255 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, 22 lb-ft more than the current model.
The first trim level of the new GLC will be an unnamed version that will feature equipment such as a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, an 11.9-inch infotainment screen, wireless device charging, the MBUX infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 64 colours of ambient lighting, LED headlamps and taillamps, automatic high beams, rain-sensing wipers, 16-way adjustable heated front seats, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, active parking assist, and selectable drive modes.
Active safety features also include active brake assist, driver attention monitoring, blind spot monitoring, and the PRE-SAFE system.
The second trim level is the “Exclusive” which starts at $49,350 for the GLC 300. This model adds a Burmester premium sound system, onboard navigation, the 360-degree camera (with transparent hood feature on the 4MATIC model), the Guard 360 system, enhanced ambient lighting, and illuminated door sills.
For a price of $51,450, the top-of-the-line Pinnacle version adds augmented video for the navigation system, a head-up display, heat and noise-insulated glass, and the Digital Light system which projects warning signals directly on the road.
