The Bugatti Type 57 Atlantic Revival is Happening

With one teaser video, Bugatti confirmed the revival of the Atlantic.

With the Geneva Auto Show just getting underway, there is a lot of big news happening but the announcement of the new Bugatti Type 57 Atlantic may just be the biggest.

Bugatti unveiled a first teaser video as well as an image of a sweeping taillight which put a new Atlantic on the automotive industry radar last week. Today, the French brand posted an official teaser video showing a wide car with bulging fenders that will rock Geneva tomorrow.

There have been rumors about a new Type 57 Atlantic for a while and Bugatti never put them to rest. It appears the famed automaker is now ready to bring their iconic model of the 1930s and 1940s back.

We know nothing about the new Type 57 Atlantic, really, but we can certainly speculate.

A Bugatti Divo Speedster to be unveiled in Geneva?

Previous teasers released by Bugatti have hinted at a dorsal seem on the modern iteration as a tribute to the original car. The taillight released last week is certainly modern, but its design is certainly a reference to the past as well.

Any modern interpretation of the 57SC Atlantic would definitely keep the Atlantic’s dorsal seem…. #Bugatti #BugattiAtlantic #Type57SC #BugattiHistory #BugattiStory #Bugatti110Years #Bugatti110Ans #JeanBugatti
