The Hennessey Mammoth Is A 1,200HP 6X6 Ram TRX

The Hennessey Mammoth is only the most insane truck ever and you can order starting on September 4th.

  • This is the most powerful truck ever built by Hennessey.

  • Powering the Mammoth is a tuned 7.0-litre Hellephant engine.

  • It will be priced from $500,000, and only three will be built.

The Ram TRX, while not a surprised, stunned truck fans with its incredible and credible off-road specs and monster power. As they say, too much is never enough so Hennessey will attempt to deliver too much by building and selling the 1,200-horsepower Mammoth complete with 6-wheel-drive.

Hennessy’s been around for just shy of 30 years and they’ve built plenty of crazy vehicles. But even Hennessey admits that the Ram TRX-based Mammoth is beyond insane.

“We are very excited about the Ram TRX,” said company founder and CEO, John Hennessey.  “MAMMOTH 6X6 powered by a 1200 HP Hellephant motor is just a completely ridiculous idea, which is exactly why we are doing this.  We are only going to build three examples which will likely make this the most exclusive and most expensive truck we’ve ever built.”

Starting with a new Ram TRX, Hennessey will relieve the 702-horsepower supercharged Hellcat V8 from duty and replace it with a specially tuned 7.0-litre Hellephant engine which will deliver over 1,200 horsepower. They will also be converted to 6×6, get a full bed conversion, an upgraded off-road suspension, unique interior, new bumpers, and more.

Hennessey has built 15 VelociRaptor 6X6 and GOLIATH 6X6 trucks for customers around the world, making them extremely exclusive. As for the Mammoth, only three will be assembled, making them all but entirely unique. Interested customers will have to call Hennessey directly on September 4, 2020, at 12-noon central time to place an order.
