Only 63 examples of the real Lamborghini Sián will be made.
It was introduced at the 2019 Frankfurt Auto Show.
The Technic Sián will retail for $380 US.
Legos are not only for kids. In fact, I don’t know any 10-year old that can afford nearly $400 or that would have the necessary attention span to build an almost 3,700-piece supercar! We’re a little older than 10, have the money however being parents means we don’t have the time… But we digress, this new Lego Technic Lamborghini Sián is an absolute work of brilliance.
The Lamborghini Sián FKP 37, as a reminder, is the supercar company’s first electrified vehicle and it’s also its most powerful production car ever with an 819-horsepower mild-hybrid V12 powertrain. Limited to only 63 examples, and all sold, Lambo and Lego though it would be a good idea to make a 1:8 scale model and share the beautiful car with a broader audience.
The details in this build are almost extreme. The frunk (front-trunk) opens and within will be a Lamborghini overnight bag with a unique serial number that unlocks special content. The functional scissor doors reveal an intricate cockpit with a steering that turns the wheels and that features paddle shifters. The 8-speed transmission is fully operable and is mated to the V12 engine with moveable pistons. And then, there’s the superbly complete wheels, that complement the vivid lime-green colour as seen on the Sián show car.
We are awestruck.
The LEGO Technic Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 will be available from LEGO Stores and LEGO.com/Technic-Lamborghini-Sian from 1 June. As of August 1st, it will be offered is many retailers globally.
