The new Land Rover Defender will come in 3 body-styles

A leaked presentation of the all-new Land Rover Defender shows a lot of details on the upcoming SUV and that it will be offered in three different sizes.

In the age of the Internet and smartphones, no information is completely private and that’s what happened with the upcoming, next-generation Defender.

User kajtzu from the Disco4 forum leaked a lot of information from a recent Land Rover private event on the Defender. In his post, he shares some pictures from the presentation.

On those pics, we can learn a great deal of new information on the upcoming SUV.

First of all, the next-gen Land Rover Defender will be offered in three different body-styles, 90, 110 and 130 which will be marketed for “young, affluent, fun-seeking individuals”, “couples and self-employed adventurers” and “family with active lifestyle & travel” respectively.

The smallest version will sit 5-6 persons while the biggest one will be able to seat 8.

The Defender 110 is going to be the first to hit the market with a launch date in October 2019 as a 2020 model. The Defender 90 will follow in March 2020 and finally, the Defender 130 will arrive in August 2020 as a 2021 model.

The presentation also reveals that the SUV will offer three different powertrain options, petrol, diesel and PHEV.

The Land Rover Defender will be officially unveiled at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt in September.
