This is Not a Repeat: Jeep Wrangler Gets 392 Final Edition. Again

It's your last chance for a 392 Wrangler once again

  • Second year in a row for Final Edition

  • Jeep means it this time!

It’s the final, for real, we mean it this time end for the Jeep Wrangler 392. A year after the Final Edition of the big-engine Jeep, we’re getting another. There has been a stay of execution, meaning there will be a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 392 and it will get a Final Edition once again.

“When news broke in March that Jeep Wrangler 392 was roaring off into the sunset, the comments, coverage and conversation showed us that the Jeep community isn’t quite ready to say goodbye to the V-8-powered Wrangler,” said Bill Peffer, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America. “Jeep brand listened and will continue the 392 Final Edition into the 2025 model year.”

If you need a refresher, the Jeep Wrangler 392 is the one with the 6.4L Hemi V8. 470 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque turn the standard 35-inch tires, and the Final Editon 392 has more ground clearance than standard Wranglers, a Warn wicnh, rock sliders, and more.

Two features that will be exclusive to the first Final Edition and not offered in 2025 are the Mopar triple-loop grille guard and the Mopar 83-piece Jeep tool kit. We assume that Jeep has run out of those.

So if you wanted a Wrangler 392 and missed out, you have one more chance. Orders for the 2025 Jeep Wrangler 392 open later this year, and production starts in Q1 of 2025
