The Suzuki Jimny Black Bison Edition will keep the spotlight squarely on Suzuki’s rugged entry-level off-road SUV that North American buyers are denied.
If hardcore off-road 4x4s were a family with three kids, the Mercedes-Benz G-Class would be big brother and the Jeep Wrangler would be a few years younger. The Suzuki Jimny would be the kid brother that the other two wanted no part of for years, but now that they are older they kind of get along. The Toyota 4Runner would be like Kimmy from Full House and pop in from time to time.
In any case, we don’t get the Suzuki Jimny in North America and we probably never will. That makes this Jimny Black Bison Edition even more desirable.
Built by Wald International, a tuning that builds kits for just about any automaker and model you can think of including the G-Class, the Jimny Black Bison Edition looks even more rugged that the “normal” model. In this case we’re referring to the Jimny Sierra on which the Black Bison edition is built.
Redesigned this year, the fourth-generation Suzuki Jimny has been very popular since it’s arrival on the market with demand far exceeding supply.
