Toyota Adds Limited Yellow Yuzu Edition to 2026 GR86 Lineup

Toyota is spicing up the 2026 GR86 lineup with the Yuzu Edition — a bold, yellow, limited-run coupe packed with performance tweaks and standout styling. The GR86 range now includes four models, with pricing starting at $32,695 in Canada.

The Yuzu Edition is priced from $44,825 (before fees) and builds on the GR86 Premium MT grade. It is delivered with a performance package that includes SACHS dampers, Brembo brakes, an aerodynamic body kit, and a cat-back exhaust system. Its exterior is finished in Yuzu Yellow with black accents, matte black 18-inch wheels, and GR badging. Interior updates include yellow perforation and stitching across the steering wheel, shift knob, and seats.

Toyota states that the special edition pays tribute to the GR86’s predecessor, the Scion FR-S Release Series 1.0, but the front-engine-rear-drive coupe is a far superior sport compact.

All GR86 variants return with the 2.4-litre naturally aspirated 4-cylinder boxer engine, good for 228 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. Every model includes a Torsen limited-slip differential, a blessing for enhancing traction and cornering performance. Chassis components include a double wishbone rear suspension, while body panels are made out of aluminum to reduce weight.

Customers can choose between a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. The manual version is standard on the GR86 MT, Premium MT, and Yuzu Edition, while the Premium AT offers paddle shifters and additional active safety technologies.

Inside, the GR86 features a 2+2 seating layout with deeply bolstered front seats. The cockpit uses fantastic toggle-style switches and includes digital instrumentation with a Track mode display that shows real-time gear and engine data.

All models come with an 8-inch touchscreen display and a suite of connectivity features including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, SiriusXM, USB inputs, and Remote Connect..
