A video published on TRD’s YouTube channel teases the unveiling of the Toyota GR Supra 3000GT Concept at the SEMA Show.
At the beginning of this year, TRD presented the A80 TRD Supra in their booth during the 2019 Tokyo Auto Salon. The car was a remake of the MKIV Supra GT500 Super GT.
Now, in less than a month, TRD will resurrect another icon, the Toyota GR Supra 3000GT Concept, based on the 1994 Toyota Supra 3000GT.
The unveiling will take place on November 5th during the 2019 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Not much details were revealed yet other than a 5 minutes video teaser that can be seen above.
In the video we can notice the highly recognizable TRD hood with its four grilled openings, just like on the original kit. We can also see a massive spoiler in the back of the concept.
The complete original TRD 3000GT kit from the 90’s included a wide body kit, which increased the width of the car by 50 mm, the already-mentioned-above hood with the four openings and two rear wing choices.
More details will be learned during the official unveiling in two weeks.
