Dodge is bringing back a lime-green shade for its V8-powered Challenger and Charger vehicles this year.
It’s hard to stand out more on the road then when behind the wheel of a Sublime Green Challenger or Charger. That’s what you’ll be able to this year as Dodge has announced this week the return of the bright lime-yellow shade on models with V8 engines in both lineups.
Specifically buyers will be able to order Sublime Green on Scat Pack, T/A, Widebody models and the Hellcat. There have been quite a few green colors available on the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger over the years. Dodge offered Sublime Green on the Charger Daytona 10 years ago and the Challenger was offered in it a few years ago.
Recent green colors offered on both models include Bright Green and Green Go. The Dodge Demon is offered in a dark green color called F8 Green. Of all these colors, Sublime Green is certainly the brightest of the lot.
You could argue it’s more yellow than green, but you can’t deny that whatever it is, it will get you noticed out on the road.
Sublime Green joins a range of other high-impact colors offered on the new Challenger and Charger including Plum Crazy, TorRed, Go Mango, and B5 Blue.
The Dodge Challenger is coming to a crossroads. Dodge is already thinking of putting in a hybrid engine in its muscle car, and the entire lineup will be soon be completely redesigned. This may be your last chance to get a Sublime Green Challenger.
