News Italdesign Nissan GT-R50 Production Confirmed

Italdesign Nissan GT-R50 Production Confirmed

We did not think this was going to happen but given the current insatiable demand for unique, high-priced mega-performance cars, we get it.

The catch however is that only 50 units are green-lighted – this guarantees that all will be spoken for before we hit “publish”.

The Italdesign Nissan GT-R50 was commissioned to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the legendary GT-R. Turin, Italy-based Italdesign got creative for with the car and introduced it to the world at last summer’s Goodwood Festival of Speed in England.

The GT-R50 is based on the latest Nissan GT-R NISMO and through savvy tweaking develops 720PS, or 700-horsepower. Pricing will start at 990,000 euros before taxes and options, which works out to roughly $1,125,000 USD. For that sum, customers will be able to specify their preferred color combinations for both the inside and out as well as specify packages.

If you wish to own a GT-R50, you’d better visit GT-R50.nissan very soon and contact Italdesign to create your own bespoke car. Deliveries will begin in 2019 and will continue through 2020.
