Kia Unveils EV4 Sedan and Hatchback Ahead of 2025 Kia EV Day

Kia Corporation has unveiled the exterior designs of the upcoming EV4 sedan and hatchback variants ahead of their world premiere at the 2025 Kia EV Day event in Tarragona, Spain. The EV4 integrates Kia’s ‘Opposites United’ design philosophy with bold, sharp lines.

The 2026 Kia EV4 will expand the brand’s EV lineup, appealing to a broader range of consumers. Kia Global Design Head Karim Habib described the model as a step toward redefining electric sedans, stating that it offers ” the modernity and practicality that define the Kia EV family.”

The EV4 sedan and hatchback feature Kia’s signature EV Tiger Face, vertically aligned headlamps, and the brand’s Star Map lighting signature. The sedan adopts a fastback silhouette with a low hood and long tail profile, while the hatchback provides versatility with a compact yet bold design.

The 2026 Kia EV4 sedan incorporates a two-piece rear spoiler, vertical light units, and machined 19-inch wheels. At the same time, the hatchback includes a contrasting black C-pillar, sculpted lines, and a sloping rear window for a solid, contemporary look.

Kia will also offer an EV4 GT-Line model featuring sportier design elements such as wing-shaped front and rear bumpers and triangular-patterned 19-inch wheels. This variant will step up the vehicle’s dynamic character while maintaining the brand’s signature design language.

The 2026 Kia EV4 will officially debut on February 24, 2025, at Kia EV Day in Tarragona, Spain. On February 27, the company plans to reveal detailed design features and product specifications. An event video will be released on Kia’s Worldwide YouTube channel in March.
