Nissan Drops Starting Price of 2024 ARIYA to $49,998

New Pricing for 2024 Nissan ARIYA Aims to Attract More Buyers with Enhanced Value

– Nissan drops the 2024 ARIYA starting price by $3,000 to $49,998.

– Performance options include 63-kWh and 87-kWh batteries with up to 389 horsepower.

– Enhanced charging with NACS adapter and future NACS port availability.

Nissan has announced a price reduction for its electric crossover, the 2024 ARIYA. The new starting price renders the ARIYA more accessible in the competitive electric vehicle (EV) market and will attract a broader audience and provide enhanced value to customers looking for a versatile and high-performing EV.

The revised pricing structure sees a significant reduction across all trim levels of the 2024 ARIYA. The entry-level ARIYA Engage now starts at $49,998, down by $3,000. Other trims have seen reductions ranging from $3,000 to $5,000.

Trevor Longley, president of Nissan Canada Inc., stated, “The revised pricing for the 2024 Nissan ARIYA aims to enhance its competitive edge and provide optimal value to our customers in an ever-evolving electric vehicle market.” This strategic pricing adjustment is expected to bolster Nissan’s position in the EV market by offering more value for money.

The 2024 ARIYA offers two battery options: a 63-kWh standard range and an 87-kWh long range, catering to different driving needs. The vehicle’s horsepower ranges from 214 to 389, depending on the chosen configuration. Customers can select between front-wheel drive and Nissan’s advanced e-4ORCE dual-motor all-wheel drive. The ARIYA is available in four well-equipped grades and includes a premium Platinum+ package.

Nissan is enhancing charging convenience for ARIYA owners by introducing a North American Charging Standard (NACS) adapter. This adapter allows the ARIYA to connect to Tesla Superchargers, significantly increasing the number of available fast-charging locations. Starting in 2025, Nissan will begin offering EVs in the Canadian and U.S. markets with a NACS port, making charging on the Tesla Supercharger network seamless for drivers.
