The updates to the B3 follow the reveal of the facelifted 2023 3 Series.
Horsepower is up to 495.
That B3 Touring…
BMW may have acquired Alpina and we’re happy to report that, from the press release, the magic is intact. Alpina has mastered the art of heightening BMW products for just shy of six decades and the latest model, the new B3, based on the revised 3 Series, is as magical as ever.
An Alpina BMW always strikes a delicate yet forceful balance between luxury and performance. The new B3 limousine and touring are as gloriously beautiful as ever. The revised exterior features updated aerodynamic components, the fantastic and legendary multi-spoke wheels, and the traditional ALPINA paint finishes ALPINA Blue and ALPINA Green. Via the BMW Individual program, various other hues are available.
Under the bonnet lies a re-tuned turbocharged 3.0-litre straight-6 cylinder engine. Thanks to two ALPINA-specific mono-scroll turbochargers, power is up 33 horsepower and 22 lb-ft of torque for a total of 495 and 538 respectively. This sends the sedan to 100km/h from a standstill in only 3.6 seconds while the seductive touring needs 0.1 seconds more.
Like the new 2023 BMW 3 Series, the Alpina B3 receives a host of interior upgrades including the large curved digital instrument panel and infotainment display.
Fully loaded + is the only way to get a new 2023 BMW Alpina B3. They are available to order immediately. Deliveries are expected to begin in October 2022.
