Mazda will take the stage at the upcoming Chicago Auto Show next February to unveil the Mazda MX-5 30th Anniversary Edition.
Mazda returns to its sources by unveiling a special edition of its MX-5 at the Chicago Auto Show. Indeed, it all began at the same show in 1989 where the Japanese manufacturer presented the now iconic Mazda MX-5.
In 2015, Mazda launched the 25th Anniversary Edition and signified the final edition of the 3rd generation (NC).
From what we can see in the picture, it seems to be based on an MX-5 RF. Also visible are the red brake calipers in the front, we cannot imagine anything other than Brembos. Different rims than those known on the MX-5 can also be noticed.
The roadster will have a numbered commemorative badge to mark its 30th anniversary.
All details on the Mazda MX-5 30th Anniversary Edition will be unveiled at the Chicago Auto Show on February 7th.
