4-door Chevrolet Corvette is a Thing and it’s for Sale

4-door coupes come in all shapes and sizes it would seem, but sometimes things go overboard. Just check out this crazy four-seater Chevrolet Corvette, one of just six such Corvettes with four doors to be built by California Custom Coach.

Whenever a car is that rare, you can expect it to fetch a decent price on the open market, and this unique ‘Vette is no exception. If you’ve been dreaming of a Corvette sedan all your life, this particular C3 can be yours for just over $217,000.

You’ll get what is essentially two C3 Corvettes fused together powered by the stock 5.7-liter V-8 making about 200 horsepower. A four-speed automatic sends that power to the rear wheels.

We’re not quite sure what else we can add here. If you’re intrigued by the four-door Corvette pictured above and there’s nothing about the price tag that scares you, then go right ahead. You’re guaranteed to be the center of attention everywhere you go.

Just make sure you’ve reached that point in life where you no longer care what people think.
