The 2019 Abarth 595 esseesse and 2019 124 Rally Tribute will be paying homage to 70 years of Abarth at the Geneva Motor Show.
The Scorpion brand will celebrate its 70th anniversary on the planks of the 2019 Geneva Motor Show next week. For the occasion, Abarth unveiled two limited edition variants of the 595 and 124, the 595 esseesse and 124 Rally Tribute.
Like the name says, the Abarth 124 Rally Tribute is a recognition to the Abarth 124 rally car after its triumph in the FIA R-GT Cup and the European Rally Championship in 2018. It features a commemorative badge on the mudguards and inside the cockpit, as well as a numbered metal plaque.
Meanwhile, the Abarth 595 esseesse gives a nod to the legendary Sixties tuning kit of the same name. Sitting atop the Abarth range, it’s equipped with the brand’s most powerful 180hp engine. It features an Akrapovic exhaust system, a high-performance Brembo front braking system, 17-inch Supersport alloy wheels with a new Racing White finish, Abarth side stripes, mirror caps and matching front and rear DAM.
Inside the cabin, the 595 esseesse means business with its “Sabelt 70” sports seats with carbon rear shell, carbon pedals as well as the number 70 embroidered on the cover.
