Mercedes-Benz Designo Manufaktur Can Paint Your Car Any Color, Even If It’s From Another Manufacturer

Want Porsche's Chalk color or Audi's Sonoma Green on your Mercedes-Benz? They can make that happen

  • Mercedes-Benz Designo Manufaktur can apply any color you want to your car, regardless of where it comes from

If you’ve ever seen a color on another car that you think would look great on your Mercedes-Benz, the automaker’s Designo Manufaktur program has you covered.

The program has been very popular since it launched 5 years ago. Mercedes-Benz has recently seen a 200 percent increase in Designo Manufaktur orders, and Mercedes-Benz is now pushing the envelope further by adding even more personalization options.

If you’re willing to spend the money, Mercedes-Benz can now apply any color you want to your vehicle, even if it comes from another automaker. That means that if you see a color you like at Porsche, Tesla, BMW, Audi, Jeep, Honda or any other brand, just tell Design Manufaktur about it.

If you look at the Mercedes-Benz G-Class configurator on Mercedes-Benz USA, you will see that there are already plenty of color options available. But wouldn’t the G-Class look really good in Porsche‘s Chalk grey color? How about a Mercedes-Benz E63 S in Audi‘s Sonoma Green? The possibilities are endless and that’s exactly what the Designo Manufaktur program is all about.

Or you can stick to some of the programs original exclusive colors. The Mercedes-AMG S63 cabriolet seen here, for example, features a special Deep Green color. A Mercedes-AMG E63 Wagon in Steel Blue is also shown.

There are options for the interior as well including a special Light Brown Exclusive color as well as Black Exclusive Nappa.

Looking for a Mercedes-Benz that stands out? Your imagination is now your only limitation.
