The Hot New 2020 Audi RS 6 Will Make Its Debut At The Malibu Cars & Coffee Event

This weekend!! North America is abuzz with the thought of the new Audi RS 6.

And so are we. We, yes we from Motor Illustrated, will get to be among the first to test-drive the all-new super-smoking hot 2020 Audi RS 6 Avant in less than a week. And where else, but Malibu, CA.

Yes, this Sunday, November 10th, at the Malibu Bluffs Park, located off the Pacific Coast Highway, Cars & Coffee event, Audi of America will give its fans an opportunity to see the sexiest, most sensual, disturbingly attractive new 2020 Audi RS 6 Avant in the steel, aluminium and carbon fibre for the first time.

Most of us here at MI Towers can’t recall a time where more car enthusiasts were more unanimously enthralled and excited about any one single car. And it’s a station wagon to boot! And Audi Sport and Audi of America know this and they are not only taking advantage of the hype but they are doing everything right.

Filip Brabec, vice president Product Management, Audi of America said: “Audi has a strong heritage in exciting wagon-fans around the world that have, over many years, been drawn to their design, performance and no-compromise character. The passionate response of U.S. customers eagerly awaiting this car was the number one reason we chose to debut the RS 6 Avant to our fans and enthusiasts first.” Bless you AoA.

For those of you not in the know, the 2020 Audi RS 6 Avant is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 that delivers 592-horsepower and 590 lb.-ft. of torque. The standard 8-speed Tiptronic transmission sends all the power to the included quattro all-wheel drive with sport differential.

Did we mention we’ll be driving it next week? Can you tell we’re wound-up? Full review right here later next week.
