The Subaru BRZ and Toyota 86, are two of only three remaining new cars that combine driving pleasure fundamentals: a manual gearbox, RWD, and a naturally-aspirated engine. The new 2022 BRZ will be available in two different trims with the base Premium starts at $27,995.
The basic BRZ will be delivered with Keyless Access with Push Button Start; 7-inch digital instrument panel; 8-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto; LED headlights; Vehicle Stability Control with Track Mode; 17-inch wheels, along with the truly important elements. The sole engine available will be a new 228-horsepower 2.4-litre Subaru Boxer engine. The standard transmission will be a 6-speed manual while a 6-speed automatic transmission will be a $1,600 option.
The Limited trim, priced from $30,495, will include 18-inch wheels mounted with Michelin® Pilot Sport 4 summer tires; Blind-Spot Detection with Lane Keep Assist and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert; Steering Responsive Headlights; and STARLINK Safety and Security.
The all-new 2022 Subaru BRZ will be in showrooms this fall.
