The all-new all-electric Solterra is sold out, which is expected.
The same goes for the new BRZ.
But the Impreza?

As you may be aware, demand for EVs globally far outstrips availability which easily explains why the all-new 2023 Subaru Solterra is no more for the year. In fact, Subaru reported that the entire allocation for 2022 was gone in 72 hours.
Where the new 2022 Subaru BRZ is concerned, it’s sold out because it’s a low-volume model that happens to be desperately enchanting and great to drive. Sports cars are also in high demand and as pointed out by Torque News, it’s also affordable.
