Full details on the i4 are still weeks away.
There will be a number of versions including one with 590km (WLTP) or 300 miles (EPA) or range.
The BMW i4 will enter markets later in 2021.
The iron is very hot and BMW is striking now. Talks about the BMW date back two years and now we have final and official images of the all-new all-electric i4 Gran Coupé.
At BMW Group’s Annual Conference, the i4 broke cover and a few bits of information were shared or confirmed. BMW says that there will be a number of versions offered including an M Performance model. Depending on the specifications, ranges will reach up to 590km (WLTP) and up to 300 miles (EPA manufacturer estimate). Power outputs will also vary. Top models will deliver up to 390kW / 530 horsepower which will enable the BMW i4 to accelerate from zero to 100km/h in around 4 seconds.
Earlier this year, BMW shared images of the i4 being driven in many ways other than in a straight line. The future of BMW performance seems to be very bright.
“With its sporty looks, best in class driving dynamics, and zero local emissions, the BMW i4 is a true BMW. It makes the heart of the BMW brand now beat fully electric,” said Pieter Nota, member of the Board of Management of BMW AG
