Manhart has transformed many a vehicle from brands such as Audi, BMW, and McLaren over the years. Each vehicle is unique and immediately identifiable as coming from the German tuner. The latest addition to its catalog is the Alfa Romeo Giulia, but not the regular one.
Manhart has taken the Quadrifoglio, Alfa’s penultimate version of the premium sedan as the basis for the QV600. Starting off with the 505-horsepower and 443 lb.-ft. of torque twin-turbocharged 2.9-litre V6, Manhart’s fitted new larger turbos as well as new downpipes with 200-cell sport catalytic converters. According to Carscoops, the upgrades have increased output to a whopping 653 horsepower and 582 lb.-ft.
Visually, the Manhart Alfa Romeo Giulia QV600 sports, other than “QV600” badges, new 20-inch wheels wrapped in wider rubber, a unique black and yellow livery, and the ride height’s lowered with a tweaked suspension.
The cabin is unchanged, but it was nearly perfect from the get-go. Only 10 examples of the Giulia QV600 will be assembled at a price of about $140,000. If the changes are a bit much for you, take it from us, the “standard” Giulia Quadrifoglio is extremely good, better than a BMW M3 or Mercedes-AMG C 63 S in our opinion.
